| Collage stamping is a great technique for your scrapbooking projects and Amanda’s of Mogo knows how it should be done. To start, simply select your range of stamps on a theme, six or seven should be ideal. A selection of heavy, solid images and light, linear images should be used.
Begin with your most dominant image, like the Eiffel Tower. Place it off centre to the left (as in the photo) then the Fleur de Lys should be next. You can then carefully select the other stamps to place around these. A lighter image can be stamped over another, as in the French script over the Eiffel Tower.
Don’t forget some images should ‘wander’ off the page for best effect.

| Get cracking with Jo Sonja’s Crackle and Décor Crackle Mediums, available from Chroma and enjoy two different effects! For the subtle look of aged porcelain, basecoat your surface and allow to touch-dry. Apply a coat of Crackle Medium working quickly over a small area at a time – do not brush back over previously applied medium. Using an antiquing mix of Jo Sonja’s Retarder and colour of choice, apply over the surface then wipe back to accentuate the crackle pattern. For a dramatic aged-paint finish on furniture or large surfaces, use Décor, a ‘sandwich’ crackle medium that goes between two layers of paint and causes the top colour to separate in large cracks revealing the base colour. Basecoat your surface and when dry, apply a generous coat of Décor, allow it touch dry, after which you can apply your top coat and watch those cracks appear!
